Thermal Grizzly Putty Basic 30 g is a flexible thermal filler designed to replace traditional thermal pads between the circuit board and the heatsink. It is especially suitable for modifications of graphics cards and replacement of thermal pads.
The putty is used to even out height differences and fill gaps measuring 0.2–3.0 mm wide in device cooling systems. It is non-conductive, making it safe to use in various electronic devices such as graphics cards, laptops, gaming consoles, and handheld consoles. Surfaces should be cleaned and degreased before application, for example with isopropanol. Application can be done with the included spatulas or by hand (using protective gloves is recommended).
