The Nikon MB-N10 is a battery grip for Z7 and Z6 cameras. The MB-N10 offers up to 1.8 times longer battery life compared to a single battery.
The battery grip holds two EN-EL15b / EN-EL15a / EN-EL15 batteries. The batteries are hot-swappable, which means you can remove one battery for charging while the remaining battery powers the camera. This is beneficial for video and time-lapse shooting.
Batteries installed in the battery grip can be charged directly with the EH-7P AC adapter (sold separately). If the battery grip is connected to the camera, the camera must be turned off to enable charging via the battery grip’s own USB port.
This is a battery grip, not a vertical shooting grip. The grip does not have a shutter button or other control buttons.
