The Klark Teknik 2A-KT takes its inspiration from the legendary 1960s Teletronix LA-2A device, bringing its recognizable sound to the 2000s price range. An excellent leveling amplifier for both your studio and live gigs.

The leveling amplifier works like a compressor, but the device’s ratio and attack and release times are not adjustable. Compression also occurs continuously, not just when the signal exceeds the threshold – this way, the leveling amplifier operates smoothly without spikes in compression. Leveling amplifier-type compressors can be used for compressing vocals and bass, but also as part of the master chain or bus processing. The 2A-KT features a Stereo Link output for connecting two units side-by-side for stereo use.
