Compatibility:

  • Dell 5300, 5300 2-in-1, 5310, 5310 2-in-1, 5400, 5410, 5500, and 5510 series models, which come standard with a 1-year Basic Support warranty
  • Incompatible service extensions will be refunded
  • NOTE! The service extension must be registered within 30 days of the device purchase. You can check your device’s factory warranty validity on Dell’s support pages using the device’s Service Tag

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.
