Service descriptions:

  • 3 years – The service extension is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
  • Phone, email, and online support – availability during normal working hours on weekdays
  • On-site support including work at the customer’s premises when necessary – availability during normal working hours on weekdays

Compatibility:

  • OptiPlex series with a standard 1-year Basic Onsite warranty
  • Incompatible service extensions will be refunded
  • NOTE! The service extension must be registered during the device’s factory warranty period. You can check your device’s factory warranty status on Dell’s support pages using the device’s Service Tag identifier

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

To register the service extension, you need the device’s Service Tag identifier. Please provide this when placing your order.
