The game focuses on quite everyday but highly dramatic situations and human encounters. On one hand, there is the task of driving the ambulance, as well as dealing with medical emergencies, accidents, and other urgent situations. When the player arrives on the scene with their ambulance, the first thing is to find out what has happened and what needs to be done in the situation. When assessing the situation, it is essential to communicate with the patient and perform the necessary checks on the patient’s condition.

Various healthcare tools and skills are used to assist in diagnosing the patient’s condition and determining the required actions. Providing first aid is one of the key elements in the exciting twists of the game.

After administering first aid, the patient is usually transported by ambulance.
