With Dell ProSupport, customers can fully benefit from Dell’s support services and ensure the operational reliability of business-critical systems in all situations. ProSupport always includes spare parts and on-site repair.

Service descriptions:

• 4 years – The service extension is valid for four years from the date of device purchase
• ProSupport support number and access to technical experts 24/7, in Finnish from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• On-site support including work at the customer’s premises with next business day response time – 24/7
• Software support covering supported operating systems and certain third-party software
• SupportAssist functionality for proactive, automatic fault detection, fault notifications, and automatic support case creation

Compatibility:

• Dell XPS 13, which come standard with a 1-year ProSupport warranty (see list below)
• Incompatible service extensions will be refunded
• NOTE! The service extension must be registered within 30 days of device purchase. You can check your device’s factory warranty status on Dell’s support pages using the device’s Service Tag

Service extensions are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.

To register the service extension, the device’s Service Tag is required. Please provide this when ordering.
