The Tascam CA-XLR2d is a versatile two-channel microphone adapter and preamp that allows you to connect an external microphone to DSLR and other cameras, ensuring high-quality stereo sound. The audio signal is transmitted directly to the camera—either digitally or analogically—capturing it simultaneously with the video signal. This means you won’t need to sync audio and video separately during post-editing.

With two XLR/TRS inputs and one 3.5mm stereo mini-jack, you can easily connect virtually any dynamic or condenser microphone—including handheld, shotgun, and lavalier mics, as well as receivers for wireless microphones, and more.

The CA-XLR2d is powered directly from the camera, so there’s no need for an external power supply. The CA-XLR2D-F model is specifically designed for Fujifilm cameras.
