The Panasonic DMR-BCT76 is an HD set-top box suitable for cable households, allowing you to record two programs simultaneously. The stylish black device is a great accessory for Ultra HD TVs, as it features a 4K upscaling Blu-ray player! It also supports 3D Blu-ray discs.
The player includes an HD twin tuner for DVB-C broadcasts and two CI+ module slots. This means you can connect two different pay card readers if desired, enabling you to record one pay channel while watching another.
The player has a built-in 500 GB hard drive and can also connect to an external USB drive for additional storage. With the time-shift function, you can pause the TV picture, for example, during a phone call. The DMR-BCT76 offers up to five times longer recording time compared to its predecessors.
The Panasonic DMR-BCT76 also works excellently as a music player, designed to deliver HRA-level sound quality. It can play DSD (5.6 MHz / 2.8 MHz) and ALAC music files. Simply connect the device to your home audio system to enjoy studio master-quality sound.
The player also features a web browser and a wide selection of apps, such as Netflix and YouTube. It has two USB ports: the front one is easy to use for media playback, and the rear one is intended for an external hard drive.
