Forza returns 3 years after its debut with versatile improvements. Nanlite has focused on developing its products with a user-centric approach. Now, the Forza 60 II and 60B II are pioneers that fully utilize the possibilities of compact LED spotlights.
The Forza 60 II & 60B II take many features to a new level without compromising the strengths of the first generation, such as performance, control, and noise management. Nanlite has successfully realized these lights perfectly with better performance and user experience, continuously adding value to the lineup.
Compactness and brightness
The Forza 60 II/60B II fixture features a newly designed reflector that is even lighter. The updated optical design improves the light circle without sacrificing efficiency. High power is hidden beneath an appealing appearance.
The Forza 60 II/60B II packs impressive power into an ultra-compact body, with an illumination intensity of 3261 lux/2577 lux @1m without light modifiers.
They are ideal as key lights for small spaces but can also work together with other powerful Forza lights to adjust tones or change details on the fly in medium and large productions.
Covers multiple shooting scenarios
A classic combination with the same power consumption, the Forza 60 II handles daylight, and the Forza 60B II offers creators another solution with a variable CCT value—artistic expression in different moods and styles. Thanks to its wide 2700K-6500K CCT range, there are many more options.
Two output modes
Improved workflow efficiency
The Forza 60B II has two output modes: the traditional maximum power mode and a newer constant power mode for small LEDs. The constant power mode ensures stable light intensity.
Consistent light output is more reliable when the CCT value needs to be changed frequently in lighting-sensitive shooting environments.
The maximum power mode allows for the best possible energy output across the entire CCT range, maximizing brightness at each CCT value.
Color rendering
The Forza 60/60B II scores impressive points in color rendering—it passes all strict tests for CRI, TLCI, color saturation, color accuracy, and newer standards with professional performance.
Achieve excellent color rendering consistently in dynamic shoots and help capture every moment in its true colors. More color information is thus recorded in RAW file format, increasing flexibility in post-production.
Customizable effects
Tailored creativity
The Forza 60/60B II offers 11/12 special effects, each adjustable. Unlimited imagination can be brought to life with an artful combination of light and shadow. Thus, more affordable video production tools are available, whose intuitive use and features inspire new ideas.
A new kind of control
The Forza 60/60B II integrates multiple control methods, including built-in 2.4G, Bluetooth, and DMX/RDM.
Built-in control requires no additional training, featuring a classic interface with an OLED display and buttons. A MODE button has been added so you can quickly switch between modes to speed up workflow.
Built-in 2.4G and Bluetooth dual modules support fast and convenient remote control via the NANLINK app. This makes using them with other NANLITE lights effortless. Effects can be customized more flexibly in the app.
Requests to synchronize these lights for large productions are frequent, so a professional DMX/RDM function is included in the Forza 60/60B II. Control the lights together in one system via a stable wired connection to a DMX console and create a network that facilitates advanced lighting effects.
Quiet environment, quiet workhorse
The Forza 60/60B II features dramatically quieter built-in fans and the option to turn the fan off. Noise levels drop to 20 dBA even with the fan running, so the fan does not need to be turned off for most audio recording applications, preserving brightness. Shoot close-up and in tight spaces without any noise disturbance.
*Maximum power decreases to 30% when the fan is off.
The complete ecosystem of FM-mount modifiers
The Forza 60/60B II uses the same compact and sturdy FM mount. The continuously growing ecosystem of FM-mount accessories offers creators a comprehensive arsenal of modifiers. Unlock more creative lighting possibilities and inspire creators to enhance their inspiration through light diffusion, focusing, cutting, and reflecting.
Access the world of Bowens-mount modifiers with the included adapter, compatible with original Bowens-mount accessories.
Mobile lighting, on the go
The Forza 60 II/60B II lights feature a DC power source via a battery handle, with the option to use two NPF batteries and one V-mount battery for run-and-gun use, allowing creators to travel light between shooting locations.
The Forza 60 II/60B II accessories include a premium carrying case by default, made with fine materials, reinforced design, and sufficient protection. An external attachment point for a light stand has been added to the top, facilitating on-location shooting practices.
Supports firmware updates
Future features added
The lights also support firmware updates via the USB port at the base of the light head, keeping the window open to the future. New features and functions are added based on user feedback through firmware updates.
