Service descriptions:

• 3 years — The service extension is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
• ProSupport support number and access to technical experts 24/7, in Finnish from 8 AM to 4 PM
• On-site support including work at the customer’s premises with next business day response time — 24/7
• Software support covering supported operating systems and also certain third-party software
• SupportAssist functionality for proactive, automatic fault detection, fault notifications, and automatic support case creation

Compatibility:

• Dell Pro Micro, Dell Pro Tower, Dell Pro Slim, and Dell Pro 24 All-in-One series models with a standard 1-year Basic Onsite Support warranty
• Incompatible service extensions will be credited
• NOTE! The service extension must be registered within 30 days of the device purchase. You can check your device’s factory warranty validity on Dell’s support pages using the device’s Service Tag
