Communication
The watch comes pre-installed with an Xplora Mobile SIM card, allowing calls to be made and received just like on a regular mobile phone. This way, you can easily keep in touch with your child and set the contacts with whom the child can communicate. With the XGO3, you can make or receive calls simply by swiping the screen. The child can send pre-installed messages, emojis, and voice messages – no boring text messages!

The XGO3 has a 2-megapixel camera for taking great pictures, so your child can share photos with you throughout the day. Best of all, Xplora complies with GDPR regulations, so you don’t have to worry about storage or photos ending up on the Internet.

Starting from July 1, 2023, Xplora charges a service fee for the use of the guardian app if the customer uses a subscription from an operator other than Xplora. The service fee applies only to new Xplora smartwatch phone activations. This change does not affect current Xplora users. The guardian app service fee is €9.90 (VAT included) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to function together with the guardian app.
The service fee covers the use of the Xplora guardian app with the watch and access to the Xplora activity platform.
