  • 3 years – The extended warranty is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device
  • ProSupport support number and access to technical experts 24/7, in Finnish from 8 AM to 4 PM
  • On-site support including work at the customer’s premises with next business day response time – 24/7
  • Software support covering supported operating systems and certain third-party software
  • SupportAssist functionality for proactive, automatic fault detection, fault notifications, and automatic support case creation

Compatibility:

  • Latitude Pro 13 / 14 / 16 Plus series models with a standard 1-year Basic Onsite Support warranty
  • Incompatible extended warranties will be credited
  • NOTE! The extended warranty must be registered within 30 days of the device purchase. You can check your device’s factory warranty validity on Dell’s support pages using the device’s Service Tag

Extended warranties are registered in the system approximately one week after purchase.
