Fully Automatic Calibration

The A1 Mini handles multiple calibrations completely autonomously. It carefully calibrates the Z-offset, build plate leveling, vibration resonance, and nozzle pressure automatically for each print:

  • Vibration Calibration: Sensors in the print head and build plate enable automatic resonance calibration on both the X and Y axes, improving print quality and reducing vibration.
  • Flow Dynamics: A flow dynamics calibration algorithm based on nozzle pressure automatically adjusts the flow. Manual adjustments or patterns are unnecessary, as the A1 Mini independently handles Pressure Advanced calibration.
  • Belt Tension: Using vibration frequency calibration, the A1 Mini checks the belt tension. If the belt is too loose, the HMS system will notify you, and you can use the automatic belt tensioner to adjust the tension.

Quiet Printing

Active motor noise suppression and a silent mode can lower noise levels below 48 dB, making the A1 Mini one of the quietest 3D printers on the market.
