The agent collects telemetry and analytics from devices and applications integrated into the Workforce Experience platform and is not sold as a separate service. Internet connection and access to the Workforce Experience platform are required. HP complies with strict GDPR data protection regulations, and the platform is ISO27001-, ISO27701-, ISO27017-, and SOC2 Type2-certified for security.<br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>** <em>If the device issue cannot be resolved remotely, an authorized representative will visit the customer&#8217;s premises to perform technical support tasks and restore the covered devices to working condition, including available and recommended design improvements. HP may replace certain products instead of repairing them. Replacement products are new or functionally equivalent to new. Replaced products become HP property. If the customer wishes to keep the replaced parts, wipe, or otherwise destroy them, the customer will be billed the list price of the parts. HP provides the service with commercially reasonable effort by the next business day. The on-site response time begins when HP has received and acknowledged the original case. It ends when the HP authorized representative arrives at the customer&#8217;s location or when HP determines that the reported issue currently does not require on-site action.
