ProSupport always includes spare parts and on-site repair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service descriptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years &#8211; The service extension is valid for three years from the device purchase date<\/li>\n<li>ProSupport support number and access to technical experts 24\/7, in Finnish from 8 AM to 4 PM<\/li>\n<li>On-site support including work at the customer&#8217;s premises with next business day response time &#8211; 24\/7<\/li>\n<li>Software support covering supported operating systems and certain third-party software<\/li>\n<li>SupportAssist functionality for proactive, automatic fault detection, fault notifications, and automatic support case creation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compatibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dell XPS 13, which come standard with a <strong>1-year ProSupport<\/strong> warranty (see list below)<\/li>\n<li>Incompatible service extensions will be refunded<\/li>\n<li><strong>NOTE! The service extension must be registered within 30 days of device purchase.
