The Basic Support warranty includes parts and repair at the customer&#8217;s premises during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service descriptions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years &#8211; The service extension is valid for three years from the date of purchase of the device<\/li>\n<li>Phone, email, and online support &#8211; available during normal business hours on weekdays<\/li>\n<li>On-site support including work at the customer&#8217;s premises if needed &#8211; available during normal business hours on weekdays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compatibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dell XPS consumer models (Windows Home), which come standard with a 2-year depot warranty<\/li>\n<li>Incompatible service extensions will be refunded<\/li>\n<li><strong>NOTE! The service extension must be registered during the device&#8217;s factory warranty period.
