Inside the smoking chamber, you’ll find durable grates made of enameled wire steel. The heating grate is also constructed from enameled wire steel. The firebox comes with its own robust enameled grilling grates, perfect for grilling directly over the coals. The firebox lid is flat, providing an additional surface for cooking or keeping food warm. Both the firebox and the grilling\/smoking chamber are made from rolled steel, ensuring longevity. The powder coating withstands temperatures up to 600\u00b0C. The firebox features a large air control vent to regulate airflow to the coals, while smoke is expelled through a chimney. The chimney is equipped with a damper that allows you to adjust the draft. Its unique design ensures that the smoke makes an extra turn inside the smoking chamber for enhanced flavor. At the bottom of the grilling\/smoking chamber, there\u2019s a galvanized grease tray that directs fats and marinades into a galvanized grease bucket located beneath the smoker. With sturdy, large wheels, moving the smoker around is a breeze. The lid includes two thermometers for easy temperature monitoring. Additionally, there are separate access doors at the end of the grilling\/smoking chamber for inserting external probe thermometers.
