If needed, the service center will send a technician on-site to resolve the issue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>NBD <\/strong>&#8211; The technician will perform any necessary actions the next business day when the request has been submitted to the service center by 4:00 PM.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accidental Damage Protection<\/strong> &#8211; Damage protection also covers faults caused by accidents such as spilling a coffee cup or dropping the computer.
