The Atlas pasta machine lets you prepare fresh, wholesome pasta easily. Besides rolling pasta dough, its lasagna roller can also be used to make crispbread and pastry dough for traditional pies.<\/p>\n
The machine features a 10-step adjustment dial to set the dough thickness from 0,6 to 4,8 mm. In addition to the roller, you can attach optional accessories sold separately, such as a double cutter for ribbon pasta or a ravioli attachment.<\/p>\n

Clean the machine with a dry cloth; avoid using water. Secure it firmly to a stable surface using the included clamp. Insert the handle into the side opening. Set the rollers to the widest setting (0 or 1). Unlock the adjustment by pulling the knob outward. Feed a dough piece (about 1 cm thick) between the rollers while turning the handle. Gradually reduce the thickness setting and roll the dough through until it reaches the desired thickness. You can skip some steps if needed. Then, attach the handle to the desired cutter accessory. If the dough is too soft or sticky, dust it generously with flour. Dry the pasta on a drying rack designed for this purpose.<\/p>\n
For initial cleaning, roll a few dough sheets through the rollers and discard them. This removes any residual oil from the rollers and cutters.<\/p>\n
