Starting July 1, 2023, Xplora will charge a service fee for using the guardian app if the customer uses a subscription from an operator other than Xplora. The service fee applies only to new Xplora smartwatch activations. This change does not affect current Xplora users. The guardian app service fee is €9.90 (VAT included) per month. Payment of the service fee is a prerequisite for the watch to function together with the guardian app.

The service fee covers the use of the Xplora guardian app with the watch and access to the Xplora activity platform.
