You can install the range hood as a recirculating unit using a separately purchased filter or by connecting the hood directly to a duct connection. The distance between the bottom edge of the range hood and the cooking surface must be at least 45 cm when using an induction or ceramic cooktop. When using a gas cooktop, the distance must be at least 60 cm.
