MyBreath is a smart mouthpiece used with the WellO2 breathing exercise device, allowing you to measure, monitor, and improve your breathing! Gen 2.0 enables even smoother connection to the WellO2 app and charging of the smart mouthpiece.

WellO2 MyBreath Gen 2.0 – Breathe smarter

WellO2 MyBreath is a smart mouthpiece for the WellO2 device. It can measure and monitor lung respiratory muscle strength, airway airflow in the bronchi, and total breathing capacity. With this device, you can now measure, monitor, and improve your breathing in an unprecedented way at home!

The MyBreath smart mouthpiece works together with the WellO2 app and is used like a regular WellO2 mouthpiece. Breathing is measured with tests found in the app, and the results are conveniently saved in the app. With the breathing tests, you can gain more understanding of your lungs’ and airways’ daily functionality and develop them according to your own goals and needs.

The WellO2 MyBreath smart mouthpiece can monitor

• Respiratory muscle strength, which indicates how well your respiratory system can function in everyday situations.
• Breathing capacity, which reflects not only the size of your lungs but also how much of your lungs you use.
• Breathing flow, which indicates the openness of your airways and bronchi, i.e., how well air flows into the lungs during breathing.

WellO2 app

In addition to breathing tests, the WellO2 app offers a wide range of breathing exercises that make WellO2 training even more motivating! The app provides many exercises tailored to different needs, allowing you to, for example, relieve unpleasant cold symptoms, strengthen your respiratory muscles for sports performance, care for your voice before an important presentation, or calm your mind before bedtime. You can download the app for free from your phone’s app store.
