This lightweight, comfortable, and winter-appropriate self-inflating Vaude Tour 5 L II sleeping pad perfectly combines lightness and comfort. Rounded corners reduce weight while maintaining a pleasant and sufficient sleeping surface. The foam core of the pad features horizontal grooves along its entire length. They reduce the pad’s weight, improve air circulation, and increase thermal insulation. Inflation and deflation are effortless with the easy-to-use Vaude flat valve.
The cover fabric is very soft and flexible 30D stretch material that feels pleasant against the skin. The underside is made of durable, brushed 75D fabric, which provides extra grip and ensures a long lifespan for the pad. The pad is easy to pack into the included carrying bag, and a repair kit is also included for potential damages.
The pad’s R-value is 6, guaranteeing effective thermal insulation even in temperatures as low as -25 °C (tested according to ASTM F3340-18 standard). This makes the pad an excellent choice for year-round use, including winter conditions.
