Thanks to the genuine convection function and convection heating element, you can bake up to three trays at once while still achieving excellent results. The oven has a spacious 70-liter capacity with versatile baking functions. With a maximum temperature of 300°C, it guarantees a crispy crust for Karelian pies or enhances pizza baking. The removable wire racks and smooth surfaces make cleaning the oven a breeze, and the glass surfaces of the door are easy to wipe down. The flat induction surface is also incredibly easy to keep clean and always looks great.
The induction cooktop is efficient and quick, heating exactly where it’s needed—at the bottom of your cookware—without wasting heat. The power adjustment for the cooking zones is fast and effortless, thanks to clear touch controls.
Upon’s new induction cookers combine the latest technology of separate ovens and cooktops with the features of a floor model. The Bridgezone feature allows you to combine two left-side cooking zones into one large area, perfect for cooking a big fish or roasting a large piece of meat. The new cooktop also offers more power to the cooking zones, making cooking faster and power adjustments more precise. The cooking zones come in a variety of sizes, adding versatility to your cooking. The cooktop can even detect smaller cookware, including pots with a diameter of just 9 cm. The maximum connection power can also be adjusted if needed, allowing you to connect the cooktop to a 16A fuse in a cottage, for example. In this case, the cooktop automatically adjusts the maximum power used between the zones to ensure it doesn’t exceed the selected maximum power.
Safety features include a double-glazed oven door that keeps the surface temperature low. The induction surface doesn’t heat without a pot and cuts off power when the pot is removed from the cooking zone. If liquid spills on the controls, the cooktop automatically shuts off, and if a cooking pot runs dry, it detects it and turns itself off. A child lock is always included on the cooktop and can be deactivated if necessary. The induction cooktop also has a maximum heating time feature; if the power doesn’t change, it will automatically turn off after a certain period, which can range from 3 to 10 hours, depending on the plate and power. The lower part of the cooktop features a gently opening and closing drawer for storing trays or frying pans.
