The Ubiquiti UCG-Fiber is a compact and powerful 10G Cloud Gateway that offers versatile network solutions for managing the UniFi ecosystem. It allows you to manage over 50 UniFi devices and more than 500 users simultaneously. The device includes an integrated 4-port 2.5 GbE switch, selectable NVMe SSD storage, and full UniFi application support, making it suitable for both enterprise networks and demanding home networks. The easy-to-use LCM display and versatile connectivity ensure smooth management and flexible deployment.
The UCG-Fiber features two 10G SFP+ ports, one 10 GbE RJ45 WAN port, and four integrated 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, one of which supports PoE+ power delivery. This enables fast connections in both wired networks and fiber network interfaces. The device supports multiple routing protocols such as OSPF and offers quality of service (QoS), load balancing, and multicast support, enhancing network performance and reliability.
The UCG-Fiber includes an advanced stateful firewall and application-specific Layer 7 firewall that effectively protect the network. Additionally, it features built-in DPI and traffic detection, content filtering, intrusion prevention system (IPS/IDS), and ad blocking. VLAN support and segmentation options provide flexible network management capabilities. Thanks to VPN support, you can utilize site-to-site VPN, OpenVPN, WireGuard, and other protocols for secure remote connections.
The device is made of durable polycarbonate and measures 212.8 x 127.6 x 30 mm. It weighs 675 g without the SSD. It has a 0.96-inch LCM display that clearly shows status information. The internal quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz and 3 GB of system memory ensure smooth performance. The device operates at temperatures from 0 to 40 °C and withstands 5–95% relative humidity. Electromagnetic protection (EMP) is implemented at 8 kV in air and 4 kV on contact.
The UCG-Fiber uses a 54 V DC / 1.1 A power supply, which is included. The device supports PoE+ power delivery and has a maximum power consumption of 29.4 W without PoE output. The power supply operates at 100–240 V AC voltage, allowing flexible installation in different environments.
