TP-LINK Tapo C520WS Outdoor Security Camera

The TP-LINK Tapo C520WS is an outdoor surveillance camera with an IP66 rating and 2K QHD resolution. The camera features intelligent AI detection and a motorized body, allowing it to automatically track objects and provide a full 360-degree view. The camera can connect to a home's wireless 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network or be traditionally connected via an Ethernet cable.

In addition to enhanced 2K resolution, the Tapo C520WS also offers more versatile night vision. You can still choose the traditional black-and-white IR night vision, but the camera also includes Starlight Color Night Vision. The lens with an F/1.61 aperture and LED lights enable brighter colors even in low light conditions.

The camera's intelligent AI detection can recognize people, vehicles, and pets in the image. It also supports automatic tracking of the detected object. Once detection occurs, the camera sends a notification to the smartphone and captures a snapshot of the event. Snapshots and videos can be saved locally on a memory card or to the paid Tapo Care cloud service. The camera's two-way audio enables direct conversation through the camera.
