Instructions for Use:

• Remove the old insole from the shoe
• Cut the HEAT3D to the desired size at the marked points. Be careful not to cut the power cable and heating element under the foot.
• Place the HEAT 3D insole into the shoe
• Run the power cable along the heel and up the calf
• Connect the power cable to the Therm-ic C-PACK batteries – you’re all set!
