The Therm-ic Insole Heat 3D heated insoles feature an anatomical 3D shape that ensures excellent grip and stable support. High-quality heating elements help maintain an optimal temperature for your feet. The externally placed cable allows for use in all types of footwear. Instructions for Use:

• Remove the old insole from your shoe
• Cut the HEAT3D to the desired size at the marked points. Be careful not to cut the power cord or heating element under the foot.
• Place the HEAT 3D insole into the shoe
• Run the power cord along the heel and up the calf
• Connect the power cord to the Therm-ic C-PACK batteries – and you’re all set!
