Instructions for use:

• Remove the old insole from the shoe
• Cut the HEAT3D to the desired size from the marked points. Be careful not to cut the power cord and heating element under the foot.
• Place the HEAT 3D insole in the shoe
• Pull the power cord along the heel and calf
• Connect the power cord to the Therm-ic C-PACK batteries – ready!
