Themo T700DIN is a smart electric heating control unit that checks the spot electricity price and adapts to your heating profile.

Themo T700DIN is a DIN rail-mounted digital heating controller. The device has Wi-Fi support, allowing connection to the home wireless network. When connected to the internet, Themo reads the real-time spot electricity price from the Nordpool server. If the device is without internet connection for more than 24 hours, it bypasses smart control and heats normally. The Themo T700DIN control device can be used as a floor heating thermostat or price switch, for example, for water heaters and SG-ready heat pumps via peak signal or contactor control.

Themo is developed for smartphone and tablet use. Settings are easiest to manage through the Themo mobile app, available for Android and iOS. The app is free.
The Themo web app (app.themo.io), designed for computer use, shows a detailed heating history report and an estimate of achieved savings. Themo can also be used if necessary via the front panel buttons.

Note, installation must only be performed by an authorized electrician. The T700DIN thermostat can be connected to both 230V and 24V systems (peak signal). When controlling floor heating, connecting a floor sensor is mandatory for the thermostat to function correctly.

If an external sensor can be connected to the heating device, you can monitor the temperature development via the app. The mode allows defining the number of heating hours, maximum allowed OFF hours, and electricity price limit.
