The Targus Thunderbolt 5 Triple Video 8K 140W PD dock utilizes the Thunderbolt 5 connection with data transfer speeds up to 80 Gbps and a video bandwidth of 120 Gbps. The dock supports simultaneous use of up to three displays with resolutions up to 8K. The 140 W EPR power pass-through charging keeps your laptop powered during use. Intel Thunderbolt Share technology enables dual laptop use with a shared keyboard, mouse, and displays. The 2.5 Gbps Ethernet provides a fast wired network connection.
Three Thunderbolt 5 downstream ports allow for one, two, or three display setups with resolutions up to 8K. Included are two 2-meter USB-C to HDMI 8K High-Speed cables for connecting displays. Three-display support works with Thunderbolt 5-compatible host devices. The dock is also compatible with Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 devices.
Thunderbolt 5 offers up to three times the bandwidth compared to Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 solutions. Data transfer speeds reach up to 80 Gbps and video bandwidth up to 120 Gbps. Four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports (10 Gbps) complement the connectivity options for traditional peripherals.
Power Delivery 3.1 provides up to 140 W EPR charging power for compatible devices. For PD 3.0 devices, charging power is up to 100 W. One USB-A port also supports fast charging for peripherals.
