Grill with Convection
The fan reduces the intense heat from the grill while browning food without drying it out. Recommended for the two upper oven levels. At the same time, food can be kept warm on the lower levels. Ideal for chops, steaks, and sausages.
Traditional Convection
The fan at the top and bottom of the oven ensures even heat distribution throughout the oven. Preheating is required. Ideal for foods that need a slow cooking time. Suitable for baking on multiple levels simultaneously.
Eco
Grill heating with convection and bottom heat. The alternating use of heating elements significantly saves energy during cooking. Particularly suitable for small portions.
Bottom
Heat comes only from the bottom element. Designed for foods that require high temperatures on the bottom but should not brown on top, such as pies and pizzas. Also suitable for slow cooking, like casseroles and stews.
