Shelly Pro EM-50 is a two-channel single-phase energy meter designed for DIN rail mounting. Enhanced with Gen2 firmware flexibility and LAN connectivity, it offers professional integrators additional options for end-customer solutions. It can operate independently on a local LAN and/or Wi-Fi network or be used via home automation cloud services through MQTT, HTTP, and WebSocket. All incoming connections support TLS. Shelly Pro EM-50 reports accumulated energy as well as instantaneous voltage, current, active and apparent power per phase in real time. It stores data in persistent memory, which can be retrieved for up to 60 days at 1-minute intervals. The device has a real-time clock that keeps accurate time if the connection to the SNTP server is lost.
The Shelly Pro EM-50 can be used, configured, and monitored remotely and can communicate with the automation system as long as they are on the same network infrastructure. The device features a built-in web interface for monitoring and controlling the device and adjusting its settings. It includes a built-in relay for contactor control.
Installed on Wi-Fi network, no need for a separate central unit.
