Reolink RLC-843WA surveillance camera for outdoor and indoor use. An aluminum-bodied, weather-resistant surveillance camera equipped with excellent image quality and 5X optical zoom. The camera resolution is as high as 3840 x 2160. The camera also features smart motion detection, a memory card slot, and two-way audio.

The weather-resistant Reolink RLC-843WA dome camera can be connected to a network using an Ethernet cable, or it can also be connected to the home’s wireless Wi-Fi network. The camera’s LED lights enable vivid color images even in the dark. If desired, the user can also choose to use traditional black-and-white IR night vision, which, under optimal conditions, has a range of up to 30 m. The camera dome is removable, and the lens can be manually fine-tuned vertically for optimal viewing direction (adjustment angle 45°). The camera dome is also rated IK10 for vandal protection.

Thanks to smart motion detection, the camera can separately identify people, vehicles, and pets in the image. The camera has a memory card slot (max. 256 GB, card sold separately), allowing local recording triggered by motion detection. The RLC-843WA also supports continuous 24/7 recording to the memory card. Depending on the camera settings, a 256 GB memory card can store up to approximately 145 hours of continuous recording.

The camera also supports time-lapse videos. The camera is set to take pictures at desired intervals, and the series of images automatically forms a video. Progress of construction projects, spring awakening of plants, monitoring traffic flows, sunrise – the use cases are endless!

The camera is operated and managed with the user-friendly Reolink app, available for both Android and iOS devices. The app language can be set to Finnish. In addition to the mobile app, the Reolink Client desktop application (macOS/Windows) is also available, and if needed, the camera can be accessed simply via a web browser.

Compatible with Reolink NVR recorders (requires version V2). Time-lapse video is not available when the camera is connected to an NVR recorder.
