Each camera runs on a rechargeable 21,6 Wh lithium battery that can last weeks or even months under typical use. The included Reolink Solar Panel 2 units keep the batteries charged longer, ensuring continuous surveillance.
The Home Hub acts as the system’s central unit, storing all camera footage. It supports two microSD cards up to 512 Gt each. The hub creates its own WiFi network on 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz bands for a stable connection to cameras. You can connect up to eight compatible Reolink cameras, manage them all from one place, watch live video, and review recordings easily.
The cameras automatically recognize people, vehicles, and animals, improving alert accuracy. The Home Hub compiles event logs from different cameras and sorts them by detection type and date, making it easier to track and analyze events.
The system is designed for user-friendly setup and control. Installation and management happen through the Reolink App on mobile devices or the Client software on a computer. You can control cameras, receive motion alerts, and manage recordings conveniently.
