The foundation of the T2 is a larger CNC-machined chassis made from high-quality materials, completely devoid of plastic parts. The technically precise design ensures a sturdy structure that effectively eliminates unwanted vibrations and resonances. The glass platter is thicker and heavier for more stable speed and higher quality playback. The 9″ aluminum tonearm features updated low-friction precision bearings designed with increased length and diameter in mind. Topping it off is a factory-installed and adjusted Sumiko Rainier MM cartridge with an elliptical stylus: this high-quality cartridge, combined with an excellent turntable preamp, provides enjoyable playback of vinyl records.
As is customary, it includes an electronically controlled, high-precision AC motor, gold-plated RCA connectors, and a specially designed, effectively shielded Pro-Ject Connect It E turntable cable.
