PrimaCreator Value UV / DLP resin creates 3D prints that are full of delicate structures, fine details, and stunning surfaces. Use this resin with your UV LED & DLP 3D printer in the wavelength range of 395 – 405 nanometers.
PrimaCreator Value UV / DLP resin offers the following material properties:
PrimaCreator UV / DLP resin is designed for UV LED & DLP 3D printers
With this resin, you get a high-quality UV / DLP resin at an excellent price-performance ratio. Handle this material with your UV LED or DLP 3D printer. UV LED & DLP 3D printing technology enables the production of very high-resolution parts compared to FFF/FDM 3D printing technology.
The resin is developed and optimized for processing in the wavelength range of 395-405 nanometers
With the addition of a specific photoinitiator, PrimaCreator UV / DLP resin polymerizes in the UV wavelength range of 395-405 nanometers. Process this premium material with a wide range of UV LED & DLP 3D printers.
The resin’s rapid polymerization allows for a fast manufacturing process
Work quickly, accurately, and reliably with your UV LED and DLP 3D printer. Thanks to short exposure times, you can 3D print quickly while still achieving very precise and repeatable results.
Clean PrimaCreator UV/DLP resin 3D prints with isopropanol (IPA or isopropyl alcohol)
Clean PrimaCreator UV/DLP resin 3D prints with isopropanol (IPA or isopropyl alcohol) to remove excess material. This makes the surfaces of your parts clean, and fine details become visible. This way, you achieve optimal components, art pieces, and models with excellent surface properties.
Post-curing in a UV curing chamber or sunlight
Post-cure your 3D prints after additional processing and washing. After the 3D printing process, PrimaCreator Value UV / LED resin is solid but not yet fully hardened. To achieve full curing, expose the 3D printed part to sunlight or place it in a UV curing cabinet. Once curing is complete, your part will be rock solid. During the curing process, your part shrinks very little.
Once you have fully post-cured your 3D prints, they will have a perfect semi-matte finish, excellent detail, and smooth layer transitions.
If you choose PrimaCreator’s transparent UV / DLP resin, you can create impressively bright and translucent 3D prints. The level of transparency is truly fine and a clear advantage in many applications.
