The Shimano BikeTrax tracker connects to the motor’s light connection. The BikeTrax tracker requires 3W light power. The power requirement of the light and tracking device must not exceed the maximum power provided by the motor. Subtract three watts from the motor’s maximum light output to determine the maximum power suitable for the light.
