The Pirelli P ZERO Race tire is the result of three years of development. A durable and high-quality tire suitable for road bikes, designed in collaboration with the 2019 women’s and men’s UCI world champions. The special SmartEVO rubber compound improves grip on both wet and dry asphalt. Confidence is provided by the TechBELT Road puncture protection, which enhances tire durability without adding weight.
The maximum pressure marked on the tire sidewall is the highest pressure the tire can withstand. The optimal pressure depends, among other things, on the load and riding terrain. An overinflated tire rolls poorly, is uncomfortable, has poor grip, and wears out faster.
Founded in Italy in 1872, Pirelli is one of the world’s leading tire manufacturers. Pirelli products are used in tires for cars, motorcycles, and now also bicycles worldwide. Everyone knows Pirelli from the Formula 1 world, and now Pirelli’s top expertise has been brought to bicycle tires as well.
