The Philips Hue wall switch module, installed behind your home light switches, enables the use of your existing light switches with Philips Hue smart lights. The power remains connected to your lights, and you always have access to them. If desired, you can control the room or area’s Hue lights or Hue bulbs with your current light switch. You can set up to three lighting settings in the Hue app for the switch, which you can cycle through by turning the switch on and off. Thanks to the Hue wall switch module, your smart lights will never be “out of reach” when someone turns off the lights.

The Philips Hue wall switch module requires a Philips Hue Bridge (sold separately) and the Philips Hue app installed on a smart device to operate. With the Hue Bridge, you can add up to 50 lights and 12 accessories to your home, create personalized schedules and routines, and control your lights with the Hue app from anywhere, both inside and outside your home.
