• To refill the pepper mill, unscrew the knob and remove the cap. After filling, replace the cap and screw the knob back on.
• When grinding, turn the top of the mill only clockwise. Back-and-forth twisting won’t grind the spices properly.
• You can clean the mill by wiping it with a dry, soft cloth. Do not place the mill in the dishwasher or wash it by hand.
• Only use hard, dry pepper varieties (black or white pepper).
• Avoid grinding salt, pink or green peppercorns, soft pepper blends, allspice, chili, or other spices in the pepper mill.
