The full aluminum frame, semi-transparent base, and multi-level Halolight 2.0 lighting make it both visually impressive and technically advanced, suitable for both the desktop and gaming.
The multi-zone RGB lighting of the Halo96 V2 utilizes powerful LED components and SignalRGB support. The semi-transparent design allows for depth-creating light effects that can be synchronized with other SignalRGB-compatible devices. The lighting looks stunning both static and animated.
The keyboard features a PCB gasket mount structure that provides a soft and balanced feel along with a clean soundscape without additional modifications. The Hi-Fi Halo 6-layer sound stack and gasket mounting make the typing feel and sound very close to the quality of a custom keyboard.
The included high mSA-profile keycaps offer an ergonomic typing experience. South-facing light openings and Canopus shine-through options ensure bright illumination, especially in dim environments. The improved GhostBar spacebar minimizes resonance and harmonizes the sound with other keys.
The Halo96 V2 offers advanced 2.4 GHz 1000 Hz polling rate capability, enabling wireless response times close to wired-level performance. Additionally, the keyboard supports Bluetooth connection for multiple devices and a wired USB-C connection.
QMK and VIA support provide full access to keymaps, macros, and lighting control. The keyboard works seamlessly in Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, and a separate OS switch facilitates the use of shortcut keys for different operating systems.
