Ear supports high-resolution audio playback via Bluetooth with LDAC and LHDC codecs. The result is high-quality sound that plays exactly as the artist intended. (Up to 1 Mbps, 24-bit / 192 kHz with LHDC 5.0 codec and up to 990 kbps, 24-bit / 96 kHz with LDAC codec, requires a device supporting LDAC/LHDC codecs).
The earbuds’ active noise cancellation reduces background noise by up to 45 decibels. You can choose between three noise cancellation levels or let the Ear decide for you: with the NothingX app downloadable to your smart device, you can enable noise cancellation customization, allowing Ear to optimize the noise cancellation level according to your environment’s real-time noise level.
The NothingX app, available for Android or iOS devices, offers plenty of additional features and automatically provides all new updates for your earbuds. In the app, you can deeply customize the earbuds’ sound with an 8-band equalizer, create different profiles for various music styles, and share or import profiles via QR code. You can also create a personalized sound profile using the Mimi hearing test with a real-time adaptive equalizer, enable bass boost, and activate Bluetooth dual connection, allowing you to connect the earbuds to two devices simultaneously. The earbuds switch the primary connection, for example, from a tablet to a phone when you receive a call. Thanks to the Clear Voice microphones, you can hear your conversation partner clearly in all conditions.
