With the Nedis Zigbee gateway, you can connect to a Wi-Fi network without the need for an Ethernet cable. Install it in the Nedis® SmartLife app, allowing you to connect up to 50 Nedis® Zigbee devices through a single gateway. Additionally, you can use Nedis® SmartLife Bluetooth products from anywhere, as long as the product is within the gateway’s Bluetooth® range. The gateway is installed directly into a power outlet, so no separate power cord or source is needed.
All connected devices appear in the SmartLife app and can be automated in the same way as through a Wi-Fi network. (If you use multiple Bluetooth® products that do not support Bluetooth networking, delays may occur in the system since only two Bluetooth® connections can be used simultaneously.) Zigbee is an alternative protocol that offers significantly lower power consumption compared to Wi-Fi. Thanks to this, small wireless sensors can remain operational on a single battery for several years.
