Four 3.0 kW main burners and a 3.2 kW side burner produce a total power of 15.2 kW, allowing you to grill and prepare side dishes simultaneously. The burners, made of stainless steel, are durable and distribute heat evenly.
The 63 x 38 cm grilling area is divided into a matte enamel cast iron grill grate and a cast iron griddle. The grate provides traditional grill marks, while the griddle is perfect for even cooking. The heating grate made of 430 stainless steel keeps finished foods warm during grilling.
The grill’s double lid is made of 430 stainless steel, and the frame and cart are powder-coated steel, making the structure weather-resistant and sturdy. Aluminum-coated heat distribution plates improve heat uniformity. The grease tray located under the grill makes cleaning easier. The storage cabinet offers space for accessories, and the Mustang thermometer ensures precise temperature monitoring.
Thanks to two small wheels and two lockable small wheels, moving the grill is light and safe.
