The large Mustang L smoke generator produces consistent smoke for extended cold smoking. The three-liter tube made of stainless steel slowly smolders smoking chips, generating smoke for up to 10–15 hours depending on the air pump settings. The smoke remains cool, making the device excellent for preparing fish, cheese, and other cold-smoked products.
A 50 cm silicone hose is attached to the smoke generator’s end, allowing smoke to be easily directed to the desired smoking area. The air pump has an IPX4 protection rating, so it can be safely used outdoors. The pump comes with a one-year warranty.
