The heated/cooling gel pack that fits into the inner pocket at the back of the belt adds extra comfort and helps alleviate back pain. You can chill the gel pack in the freezer or heat it in the microwave.

Washing Instructions:

• Recommendation: Air out the belt and wipe stains with a damp cloth.
• If necessary: Hand wash in cold water. Do not soak. Dry flat. Do not use fabric softener.
