The Lian Li Lancool 216-X is a Mid-tower sized ATX case designed to provide efficient airflow and flexible cooling solutions for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems. The case is made of steel and tempered glass, with fully mesh front, top, and PSU shroud side panels to ensure optimal airflow. Included are three PWM fans – two 160 mm on the front panel and one 140 mm at the rear – to help keep components cool. Additionally, the case features RGB lighting on the fans, which can be adjusted via motherboard software or a separate accessory.
The Lian Li Lancool 216-X supports up to 10 fans and 360 mm radiators on both the top and front panels. The modular rear panel allows for optimization of the case for air or liquid cooling setups. The motherboard tray can be moved higher to improve airflow or lower to make room for a thick radiator at the top.
The case offers extensive cable management solutions, including three large Velcro straps for tidying cables, small clips, and additional Velcro straps near the power supply. The front panel I/O module can be moved to the bottom of the case for added convenience. Furthermore, the case supports vertical GPU mounting with an additional hardware cable, and it includes a PCIe fan bracket to enhance GPU cooling.
The case provides space for a total of two 3.5″ and six 2.5″ drives, each installable on their own mounts. It supports ATX, E-ATX (up to 280 mm wide), micro ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards. There is room for graphics cards up to 392 mm in length and CPU coolers up to 181 mm in height.
