Service descriptions:

• 5 years – Valid for five years from the device purchase date. The target device must have an equally long onsite warranty
• Tech Install CRU – Some computer parts are so-called CRU (Customer Replaceable Unit) parts, intended to be replaced by the user in case of faults (Lenovo provides the replacement part). If a technician is required to come onsite for all service cases to perform part replacements, the Tech Install CRU additional service is necessary
